Dan has a strong business background as an entrepreneur including starting several successful retail ventures, contract sales companies and health care facilities. Finding the right location is just the beginning of the process. Researching and negotiating the right value are two critical components. Throughout the negotiating process Dan has a unique ability to show both buyer and seller that the process can be a win-win.
Dan grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and went to college at George Washington University. He received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. After a successful career in retail and health care, Dan entered the world of commercial real estate where he developed a reputation of finding off-market properties and pairing together the buyer and seller.
Today Dan is licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has completed many sales in both states and the practice continues to grow with an emphasis on retail plazas, self-storage, multi-family and 1031 exchanges.
