Dan Waldman founded Waldman & Associates on a simple principle: that clients deserve a broker who goes the extra mile, every time, on every deal. Over three decades later, that commitment has produced more than $500,000,000 in completed transactions and a 9-time CoStar Power Broker Award.
Dan specializes in commercial properties across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with deep expertise in retail plazas, strip centers, self-storage facilities, multi-family properties, office buildings, and mixed-use developments. He is known for finding off-market properties, bringing together unlikely buyers and sellers, and negotiating win-win outcomes.
Beyond traditional brokerage, Dan is licensed to advise clients on 1031 exchange strategies and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investments — helping clients not just sell their property, but reinvest strategically.
Dan grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, attended George Washington University, and earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a proud supporter of Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Massachusetts General Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the Pan-Mass Challenge.
